Overseas Social Media Manager and Content Creator

(full-timer and freelancer)

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute and manage content for overseas social media marketing channels (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.)

  • Optimize the performance of social media marketing campaigns, including key metric tracking, metric analysis and campaign optimization

  • Develop successful social media strategies, ensure brand awareness and followers' engagement

  • Develop monthly social media calendar

  • Ensure the content cohesive with the brand strategy on all the social media channels

  • Monitor and report social performance

  • Provide post-campaign reports and all social media related activities analysis

  • Coordinate cooperation with KOCs/KOLs

  • This position reports to the Brand and Marketing Manager

 

Qualifications and experiences

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher preferred

  • 3+ years solid social media marketing work experience in relevant field

  • High level of English, both written and verbal. Native English speaker preferred, Chinese would be a plus

  • Experienced in developing social media content, campaigns and ensuring the execution with measurable indicators.

  • Strong understanding of social media landscape, various platforms and trends in the global market

  • Hands-on knowledge of Facebook Business Manager, other paid social platforms, Google Analytics and 3rd party social media marketing software

  • Strong data analytics comprehension, forecasting skills, advanced excel and powerpoint user

 

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in additional languages (e.g. Chinese, French, Spanish, German, Italian, etc.)

  • Agency experience

  • Knowledge of the North American and/or Western European market

  • Experience in photography

  • Experience in videography

  • Knowledge of photo and video editing software
