Updates to our Khadas products and software
Dear Khadas Community,
The month of September brings several highly anticipated updates to Khadas products and software. In addition, we will continue to build up the excitement for our Edge2, VIM1S and Tone2 products.
VIM1S Specifications
The VIM1S is an upgraded version of our original VIM1; it thus continues the legacy of VIM1 by providing our OEM and Maker customers with a cost-effective and power-efficient embedded platform for many more years to come. View the finalized specifications by clicking the button below:
Tone2 & BT Magic
After a long wait, we will be launching Tone2 together with the BT Magic. The BT Magic is a Bluetooth audio receiver that supports LDAC and aptX HD, so you'll be able to wirelessly send music from a smartphone or tablet directly to your Tone2 and Hi-Fi speaker system. Full specifications to be announced later!
M2X WWAN Extension Board & 5G Module
The M2X WWAN Extension Board and the 5G Transceiver Module are now available for purchase at Khadas Shop. The 5G module will be supported in Ubuntu OS on the VIM3, VIM3L and VIM4 by the end of September. Watch this video to learn how to use the WWAN board with your VIM4:

OOWOW is a standalone embedded service for seamless online OS delivery, device maintenance, and much more! We are in the process of making an interview with the developer of OOWOW - Artem Nikpal. He is a valued member of Khadas Team, and has been working with us for 3 years.

OOWOW Updates:
Google Play Store is now available on the latest Android image from Khadas. Users can install the latest official Android image using OOWOW.
OOWOW is now visible on MIPI screens, the UI display issue has been fixed.
